1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  1. The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
  2. The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The product is in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
  4. The serial number or IMEI (if applicable) matches our records.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Mobitel reserves the right to reject the return request.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  1. Products that show signs of physical damage or misuse after delivery.
  2. Opened or used mobile accessories such as screen guards, chargers, earphones, etc.
  3. Items with tampered packaging, missing serial numbers, or removed security seals.
  4. Software, downloadable products, or digital items.
  5. Products purchased under clearance, sale, or special promotional offers.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at mobitel.ceo@gmail.com or call us at +91 82878 53207.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
  4. Once approved, you will receive shipping instructions or a return pickup will be arranged, depending on your location.

Note: Do not ship any product back to us without prior confirmation from our support team. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


4. Inspection and Approval

  1. After the returned item is received, our quality control team will inspect it to verify eligibility.
  2. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
  3. If the return does not meet our conditions, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated as follows:

  1. For Online Payments: Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account) within 7–10 business days.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI (you will be asked to provide valid account details).

Please note that the refund timeline may vary based on your bank’s processing time.


6. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery as per this policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide unboxing photos or videos showing the condition of the product and package.

We will prioritise replacement or refund once the issue is verified.


8. Shipping Charges

  1. In cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products, Mobitel will bear the return shipping cost.
  2. For all other cases (e.g., customer remorse or order error), the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.
